Microdrive Standard Controller

Both the Microdrive MD and RS series screwdrivers are controlled with the same types of control boxes and software.  The fundamental difference between the two is accuracy and control.  Both output torque and angle data throughout the entire screw tightening process.

The standard control box holds sixteen parameter sets (programs).  Each parameter set is fully user definable to between 1 - 8 steps.  Each step is bye directional, and can be set for either a torque or angle definition.

Programs can be created or edited at the control box by scrolling through a series of soft keys, or via our Paramizer Windows software and downloaded.  The control box can also run while connected to a PC.  The operation screen of the control displays the status of the Microdrive screwdriver, including the current parameter set being run.  At the completion of a good screw tightening process the screen will display torque and angle data.  A process light on the front turns green when a good joint is completed and red when an error occurs.
