The MicroDrive
MD-L Series consists of the
G4 controller, MD-L torque controlled screwdriver,
current version of Windows Paramizer software, appropriate cables and power
supply. Torque, angle, direction, and RPM are fully configurable over a maximum
of 8 steps per program.
The MD-L series
screwdriver has an ergonomically designed electroplated aluminum ESD safe body,
configurable built-in push-to-start compliant bit and lever start, reverse
button, and internal rotary encoder mounted directly on the shaft. Torque is
fully controlled by custom algorithms embedded in the G4 controller.
